Good service and hosting
singlehop’s services have been very good for me. they even helped me with some dns and shopping cart issues which were not really part of their service. i’m happily recommended them for web hosting.

frustrating experience
I have been trying to setup my domain and site for a few days and it still is not live. After sending many support emails and requests, they took 2 days to respond. I expected better. Their reply was worse. They tell me to read forums!. I am not happy with them at all.
It seems that you almost need to be a programmer to setup a website with this system.
If I cant get it working soon I may just give up on them and ask for a refund.
